Shamanic workshop: Geographies of Birth
We are often unaware of how deeply our choices, fears, and ways of living are influenced by the very first months of our existence - from the moment of conception and even before our birth. In the silence of the womb that precedes our arrival into the world, our memory is already recording and shaping the individuals we will become.
Every beat of our mother’s heart, every breath, every emotion, every experience has left traces that form the emotional and sensory imprint we carry, influencing our lives in profound ways.
How did I feel during those earliest months, from conception to birth?
What was my birth like?
How was I welcomed in my very first moments of life?
How do I inhabit my place on this Earth today?
Am I able to claim the space that rightfully belongs to me — in life, in relationships, and in my work?
In this workshop, we will bring space and light to those primordial memories so they may be seen, welcomed, healed, and integrated with greater awareness. We will create an intimate and attentive space for each participant, a safe place in which to cross the portals that initiated us into this life on Earth.
This workshop was born from the meeting of several elements: a series of intuitions received in shamanic rituals and meditations; healing experiences connected to the earliest memories of life; and years of research and teaching dedicated to the geography of the body, where I explored by myself and with my students the concepts of place, space, and territory.
Little by little, all of this took shape and became the heartfelt desire to create a two-day seminar on the Geographies of Birth, followed by a second gathering on the Geographies of Death, which will be offered soon.
We speak of “geographies” because we will explore together the subtle spaces of the pre-natal, the passage of birth, and the way we inhabit our place in the world - recognising how these inner territories are deeply connected and how healing one transforms our perception of the others.
In this shamanic workshop on the Geographies of the Soul, the medicine of Cacao will accompany our “first steps” in a journey of discovery, healing, and reconnection.

Who it is for?
This workshop is intended for anyone who feels the call to experience a shamanic journey and has the desire to explore, heal, and integrate memories connected to the pre-natal, birth, and post-natal space-time. No prior knowledge of shamanism is required: only openness, presence, and the willingness to embark on this journey into your own birth memories.

Contribution: 150 euros
120 euros for people with limited financial resources at this time or for students.
A deposit of 50 euros is required to reserve your place.
A light lunch is included.
The seminar takes place in Assemini - a few kilometers from Cagliari.
If you are arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Cagliari.
The seminar is limited to 15 participants to create an atmosphere of intimacy and sharing.
